What payments do you accepts?
MEZZI accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club and Paypal. Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an email receipt confirming your purchase.
What will my credit card statement say when I am billed?
Your credit card transaction will say “MEZZI SMART LUXURY” and the amount charged to your card as shown in our checkout.
What does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary shipping included in the purchase price to all North American customers.
Shipping costs to customers outside of North America are calculated as follows:
- $50 flat shipping rate for purchases under $200.00 US
- $100 flat shipping rate for purchases over $200.00 US
International customers may be subject to duties and taxes, depending on the destination of the order.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation and a tracking number providing immediate access to the status of your package.
How quickly will my order ship?
All orders received are shipped within 2 – 4 business days of purchase. If a product is out of stock an email will be sent providing a new estimated time of shipping or the opportunity for an immediate refund.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on where you live and the method of shipment used. If you need your product to arrive by a specific date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for expedited shipping. Here are the approximate number of days a shipment may take:
- United States (Expedited): 2 – 3 business days
- United States (Standard): 4 – 7 business days
- Canada: 6 – 8 business days
- Australia: 8 – 10 business days
- Europe: 8 – 10 business days
- Rest of World: 8 – 15 business days
What postal company do you use?
MEZZI ships product the quickest way possible to best serve our customers. We use UPS, FedEx, Purolator and Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number once your product ships to monitor your package until it arrives at its destination.
What is your return policy?
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we welcome an exchange or return of your purchase within two weeks (14 days) of the original date of receipt of product. All returned merchandise must be in perfect, saleable condition with original packaging. Your refund will be applied to the original method of payment. No need to print your sales receipt, MEZZI will take care of this for you. If the item was purchased with a promotion, using any discount or on sale it is a FINAL purchase and not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I return my order?
If you wish to return your item please email us at email@example.com and include: Your name, shipping address, invoice number and reason for the return. We’ll contact you with the instructions to organize and expedite the return.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive a refund within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned product. An e-mail notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment was made.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
At MEZZI, we believe in our products and hope you are as delighted with them as we are. All product hardware is covered by a one year manufacturing warranty. We will gladly repair or replace items with manufacturing defects within this time frame free of charge. We cannot repair or replace items affected by typical wear and tear. If you have a question about our warranty, or feel that your product may be eligible, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include: photos of your MEZZI product clearly showing the problem, and a copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt or credit card statement).
What if I receive a defective item?
